Repairs:

Repairs will be made to your furnace or air conditioner only with your permission. Our technicians will identify the problem, inform you of the problem and what the options to correct the situation are. You then decide how you want to proceed.

 

Replacement:

If your furnace or air conditioner needs to be replaced our technician will provide you with all the necessary information for you to make an informed decision. Should you decide to replace your old equipment, we will remove your old equipment and properly install your new equipment.

Installation:

Proper installation of heating and air conditioning equipment and components is critical to achieving the expected performance. Heating and air conditioning systems are not plug in, stand alone appliances. Our professional installation crew will provide you with the best installation to ensure your system safely runs at optimal efficiency

 

Combustion Analysis:

Many factors affect the combustion of a furnace, boiler, or other fuel-burning appliance. The only way to guarantee that a system is operating at maximum efficiency is to perform a combustion analysis to properly adjust the air/fuel burn ratio.

 

Safety Check:

At the very minimum, a safety check should be performed yearly to ensure safe operation on both your furnace and air conditioning equipment. However, a safety check does not provide the necessary maintenance, involve efficiency adjustments, or ensure keeping your warranty valid.

Filtration:

Filtering the air in your home is important because when left unfiltered these contaminants spread throughout the duct work, and flow out into the rest of your home. Your lungs then filter out these pollutants, all at the price of your health. All filters are rated on a MERV scale that runs from 1-16. The higher the rating, the better the filtration. Duct Cleaning:

Duct cleaning has become an extremely important maintenance procedure to ensure proper equipment operation and efficiency as well as the overall health of the homeowner. A duct cleaning consists of removing and cleaning registers, blocking off the openings, and cleaning out the ductwork system using a patented duct vacuum. There is also the option to sterilizing the air after the ductwork has been cleaned. After cleaning, your registers are replaced and your home's air flow system is clean and sterilized.

 

Carbon Monoxide Analyzation:

We test every home for low-level carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide presents significant health risks, including death, and can be in your home from any appliance that has a combustion process, such as your furnace or water heater.

 

Humidity Control:
